Contact Us
There is no support desk behind this page — just the people who build Code2Image. Say which tool you were on and what you expected, and you will get a real answer.
Since Code2Image is a code-to-image generator, most of what arrives concerns sharing a formatted code sample in a chat — and the occasional result that seems off. Either is welcome here.
The address to use is support@code2image.com; we generally reply within one or two business days.
What to include
- The name of the tool and, if you have it, the page URL.
- The values you put in (the code you paste and the theme you pick), to whatever precision you remember.
- What the result should have been, and what it was instead.
- Your operating system and browser, if it is a display issue.
Anything concerning sharing a formatted code sample in a chat is easier to answer when you include the page address, so we can look at the same tool you did.
When a number looks off
An incorrect figure on Code2Image is worth reporting, because the method is not a secret: it tokenises the snippet, applies a syntax theme to those tokens, draws the result to a canvas and exports the canvas as a PNG — the highlighting comes from the same parser that colors the preview, so what you see is what gets saved. If your result disagrees with that, either an input fell outside the model or a rounding case was missed — send the numbers and we will reproduce it.
How we handle what you send
We use what you send for a single purpose: answering you. It is not passed on, not added to a list, and not used for anything else — the privacy policy has the specifics.
